Sharing Your Google Calendar with Nunclara
Last updated September 4, 2026
Your Nunclara agent checks your real availability and books appointments straight onto your calendar — no double-booking, no manual syncing. To make that work, you'll share your calendar with us the same way you'd share it with a coworker or family member.
Steps
- Open Google Calendar and sign in with the account you use for your business schedule.
- Find your calendar in the left sidebar, hover over it, and click the three-dot menu.
- Select Settings and sharing.
- On the left, click Share with specific people or groups, then click Add people and groups.
- Enter
[email protected]. - In the permissions dropdown, select Make changes (see private events as free/busy) — this lets us check availability and add bookings without seeing the details of your other events. (Google's exact wording here can shift over time; look for the option described that way if it's not an exact match.)
- Click Send.
That's it — no password, no separate login for us. You can remove this access at any time from the same settings page if you ever need to.
Which calendar should I share?
Whichever one has your actual job schedule on it. If you use Google Calendar for personal events too, we'd recommend a dedicated calendar just for work — but sharing your main one works fine if that's simpler for you.
Confirming your calendar email in your Nunclara account
After sharing, go to Agent Settings in your Nunclara dashboard and enter the same Google account email under Calendar email — this tells your agent which calendar to check. If this doesn't match exactly, availability checks won't work correctly.
Having trouble? Talk to us directly — we're happy to walk through it live.
